These terms cover your use of BingoRoar: the website at bingoroar.com, the BingoRoar app, night passes and the Pro subscription. By making an account or buying either, you agree to them.

What BingoRoar is

BingoRoar is software for running bingo nights: a control panel for the caller and a board for a TV, with animations and minigames. It doesn't take bets, hold money, sell cards or pay out prizes. You run your game, and you're responsible for running it within the laws where you are, including any rules or licences for bingo, raffles or prize games.

Your account

Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

Night passes

• A night pass costs $25 and covers twelve hours of BingoRoar, starting when you press Start Bingo Night.
• Passes you haven't started stay on your account until you use them.
• A pass you haven't started can be refunded if you ask within 30 days of buying it. A pass that has been started can't be refunded.

Pro

• Pro costs $50 a month, billed monthly in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Pro includes unlimited nights and saves the stats of every game you run.
• Cancel any time from Manage subscription on your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund part months.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a while. If it still can't be collected, Pro ends.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and may change; if the Pro price changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal at the new price. Any taxes that apply are added at checkout.

Fair use

Use BingoRoar for your own bingo nights. Please don't resell or share access, copy or take apart the app, get around the pass or Pro checks, or use BingoRoar for anything unlawful. The animations, music, sounds and artwork in BingoRoar are ours or licensed to us; you may show and play them in your venue while you use the app, but not record or reuse them elsewhere.

Your stats

The game stats Pro saves are yours. You can download them from your stats page at any time. How we handle them is in our privacy policy.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep BingoRoar running, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will never be interrupted or never have a bug. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Ending things

You can stop using BingoRoar and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close an account without a good reason, we'll refund any unused night passes.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
